Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — for example a volunteer application, trap rental request, community-cat assistance request, or ePrescription request — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email, phone number, address, animal information, and any photos or files you attach.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your request, coordinate services (veterinary care, trap rentals, volunteer placement, community-cat assistance, animal travel), and maintain internal records of AAA's programs. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

Some requests are handled through third-party services we've integrated with: ezyVet (appointments and veterinary records), VetSource (medication delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Givebutter (donations), and our form and hosting provider. Each of these services has its own privacy practices.

Data retention
